COVID HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY & CLINIC SERVICES
  • Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment start time, we have a limited waiting area while we uphold social distancing.
  • You may be required to wait for our clinic entry protocol before you are directed to your treatment room.
  • Please wear a mask and use our hand sanitization station before entering.
  • Staff will be wearing masks while in the clinic along with gloves during all services.
    • We will not allow any client or staff member into the clinic that is experiencing a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or has difficulty breathing currently or within the past two weeks.
    • Staff will be required to stay at home for 5 days after any high-risk exposure or symptoms and receive a negative-antigen test before returning to work. This has already happened to two of our staff members and we appreciate your patience and understanding with rescheduling your appointments.
    • There will be no charge for last-minute cancellations due to any symptoms of cold, flu, fever or high-risk exposure to someone with COVID-19.
  • We are offering walk-in product and booking service but we ask that you are patient as we manage the number of guests in the clinic.
  • Consultations will continue to be offered via Zoom to those that want that convenience and to reduce the number of people in the clinic and cars on the road. We will be welcoming in-person consultations to anyone that prefers that option.
  • Product sales are available on our website with in-store pick-up. Not all the products we carry are authorized for online sales as some require a consultation.
  • In-clinic skincare sales are available. We encourage booking an appointment for comprehensive product education and consulting so we can provide you with the best service.
  • Front desk transactions and product sales can be offered directly from the comfort of your treatment room.
